Introduction and Warning

Want to run and lead your own independent life, here`s an idea of what you have to go through!

Anyways, my name is Craig and I run Hairlucination, Neko Nation and Tokyo Hardcore.  While people think running all these businesses is impressive enough by itself, I`m also juggling full time study and maintaining and can work up to three different jobs a week too.  To say I`m busy is an understatement! However the reality is I love the lifestyle I lead, even if there are downs the ups definitely more than make up for it.

This blog is made so I can share what I`m doing and also inspire other people to go ahead and create their own entrepreneurial adventure.  However I should warn you that if the amount of work and effort I put into my life as I have mentioned in the previous paragraph scares you, then get a job, get a good wage or salary and don`t try to run your own business, it`s not that easy and takes a lot to do it well.  However those who know me personally know that I live and lead a very exciting life in the process.  Sometimes I`m pulling all nighters completing assignments and dread orders, other times I`m hanging out with famous people and partying hard, it`s a non-stop crazy life filled with adventures.

Personally it takes a lot of hard work, to push through physical and emotional boundaries but there`s been some amazing results though in the end.  I`ve managed to create Hairlucination in 2009 and had some fun taking that around Australia.  Had some great success with it but it`s been a bit on and off as a side project as my other businesses have really taken headway, although we have been involved in Australia`s Got Talent this year which was pretty cool.

Neko Nation is the one I`m most well known for, the anime club night which originally started out as a small side project in my uni break which takes up most of my time depending on my uni schedule, it`s been a blast, met my lovely girlfriend who I got engaged to last month who joined me and took the event to Adelaide which was an absolutely mind blowing event.  It`s a bit crazy the amount of work that goes into an event, since it takes up to three weeks just to make the 6 hour event work!  It`s completely worth it though and I have so much fun doing, only thing more fun is actually partying at the event itself!

Next project is Tokyo Hardcore, a Japanese fashion store which should be opening up within the next few months.  It`s by far one of the most interesting projects I`ve been involved in and by far the biggest.  It`s involved going to Japan and actually personally meeting the designers and creating a business unheard of in Australia.  It`s a bit scary at how overwhelming this business and how new a lot of things are to me but I`m having a blast making it happen and I so can`t wait for the doors to open!

That`s pretty much a bit of history on the stuff I`m doing and will be updating on in here plus bits of advice and awesome stories here and there.  Will update more soon!

<3 Craig
